The standards for the two new proposed zoning classifications pertaining to mixed use/high density housing projects have just been released. Coppell Planning and Zoning still insistent on maintaining high density levels even though there has been huge opposition expressed by the citizens.

Please review this document thoroughly and be ready to voice your concerns or show your opposition on April 3rd at 6:00 pm at city hall. We are requesting that everyone wear red in a show a solidarity against high density housing so people will be able to quickly identify us. Everybody needs to show up or your city will be drastically changed in the future . . . and it will not be a change for the better.
